When Elvis Presley's only child, Lisa Marie Presley, died on Jan. 12, 2023, at the age of 54, her children — Elvis' grandchildren — became the King of Rock 'n' Roll's only living descendants.

Those grandchildren are Riley Keough, 35, who inherited Graceland and is a successful model, actress and filmmaker; and the twins, Harper Vivienne Ann Lockwood and Finley Aaron Love Lockwood, who are 15.

Elvis does have a few significant living cousins.

Elvis' first cousin, Billy Smith, is the son of the late Travis Smith, the eldest brother of Elvis' late mother, Gladys Love Smith Presley.

Travis Smith worked as a gate guard at Graceland, and Billy Smith became a sort of junior member of the Elvis friends and associates known as the "Memphis Mafia."
